Prior to any treatment, your Nurse will conduct an in depth consultation with you, addressing medical history and your treatment goals. If you are deemed appropriate for treatment by your nurse, together we will create a plan to treat your concerns in the safest manner possible.
Due to TGA and AHPRA guidelines, we cannot publicly share the cost of treatments that include scheduled and prescription-only medications. All pricing will be thoroughly discussed once you have completed a consultation with one of our Registered Nurses and have been deemed suitable for treatment.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice, your consultation deposit may be forfeited.
Our clinic is located at 3 Palmyra Way, Docklands VIC 3008, inside Lebrows & Beauty Academy
Duette Aesthetics operates on an appointment-only basis to ensure dedicated time for each consultation and treatment.
During your consultation, a registered nurse will discuss your goals, medical history, and any previous treatments to assess suitability. We will provide information about available options, potential risks, and expected considerations, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision about your care.
At Duette Aesthetics, we allocate a minimum of 45 minutes for each appointment. This allows time for a thorough consultation to discuss your goals, medical history, and suitability, as well as the procedure itself, ensuring your care is never rushed.
Comfort levels can vary from person to person, and some treatments may involve mild discomfort. At Duette Aesthetics, we take steps to support your comfort such as using numbing options or distraction techniques where appropriate, which your nurse will discuss these with you during your consultation.
The TGA restricts the use of before and after photos in cosmetic advertising, including injectables, as they can be misleading, create unrealistic expectations, and compromise patient privacy. Such images may imply guaranteed results rather than highlighting the need for personalised medical consultation. The guidelines also aim to protect consumers from deceptive marketing, uphold informed consent, and ensure cosmetic injectors maintain professional duty of care. Ultimately, these restrictions promote truthful, ethical, and accurate advertising for safer decision-making.
Before and after photos can be provided during consultations.

We ask that you avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning medications as well as anti-inflammatories and delay treatments if you have had a vaccination within 2 weeks.
Detailed pre- and post-care instructions will be provided during your consultation to support your safety and comfort.
